Dr. James Vogler is a throwback to times when most dentists were single operators who were closely tied to their community, and who took extra care of their patients, who were akin to family. I enjoyed that type of care growing up in Dansville. However, after returning to my roots after five decades away, I did not find this type of care until recently. Instead I found myself drowned in a big business operation which did not offer the individual care and friendship that I desired. A year ago I found a similar dentist relationship of my past. Dr. Vogler even took over the friendly dental business of my youth. When entering Dr. Vogler's office I am welcomed by the same two staff members each visit, who know me by name rather than an account number. Dr. Vogler is assisted each visit by the same dental assistant, another critical member of Dr. Vogler's customer-first team. Dr. Vogler's practice is both modern in technology, yet old-fashioned in service. It is a pleasure to be a part of his extended family and to highly recommend him to others.
